How do I prepare for the shoot?
Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and plan your outfit ahead of time so you don't feel rushed. Also, arrive a few minutes early so you're relaxed and ready .
Where will the session take place?
We'll work together to choose the best location that suits your vision. Please keep in mind some locations require a permit paid and scheduled in advance.
How long does a portrait session last?
Time can vary depending on your portrait investment . I will always respect your valuable time , especially with the kiddos. Typically a Mini session however will be shorter than portrait sessions.
What happens if it rains?
I don't want your amazing hairdos and make up to wash away . In addition my equipment does not like water . Rain will be the one exception to the non-refundable retainer fee. You can either reschedule or if a future date cannot be scheduled I will gladly refund the retainer fee.
What should I wear for my portrait session?
Choose outfits that reflect your personality but try to avoid busy patterns, large logos or neon colors. Solid tones and layers when it's not hot ( jackets, scarves, accessories) work well. Coordinating colors ( not matching exactly ) is ideal for group shots .
When will I receive my photos and how?
Turnaround time typically ranges from a few days to a couple weeks depending on the shoot and season when we are shooting. I will make every effort to make sure you are not waiting too long. Your images will be accessible here through our online gallery where you can download, share and order prints.
How do I book my session?
In the " CONTACT US " section, select which type of photo shoot you would like to book and enter the type of package in the message area ( ex. PETITE, MOYEN , GRAND , etc .) In addition provide the date and time you would like to book along with any other questions you may have. Once your message has been received I will send you a link to a booking calendar where you can select the date and time for your session. Please be aware a $50 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your booking. This retainer is applied toward your total session cost.
Can I get ALL of my unedited photos?
While I totally understand wanting to see all of the photos this will be a no. As part of my process, I carefully select and edit the best images to ensure everything you receive reflects my quality and style. Because of that, I don't deliver unedited/ "RAW" files.
